ABOUT

I am an Israeli visual storyteller, researcher, dancer, and member of the Activestills photography collective and Women Photograph, currently based in Jerusalem. In 2022, I earned a B.Sc. in Biology and a B.A. in Amirim, Humanities Honors program, from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In January 2024, I began pursuing an M.A. in Cultural Studies at The Hebrew University as well.

When violent events erupted between Jews and Palestinians in May 2021 in Jerusalem and other cities, I took my camera and began documenting what was happening around me, and I haven’t stopped since. My work has been featured in various local and international journals and NGOs, focusing on telling the stories of the people I live alongside: Jews, Palestinians, dancers, the LGBTQ community, residents of the West Bank, and more.

Photography allows me to engage with the shared life of Israel and Palestine, continuously learning about others and myself. When I photograph, I seek the subtle transition between the personal and the collective, often drawing on the local languages, histories, spaces, and textures that shape these stories.
